Location and out room facing the ocean was superb

There was a funky smell in the apartment we got used to it after awhile but every time you walked in, it was there so the exhaust fan constantly running in the bathroom was annoying when you’re trying to sleep

It’s location and view

The couches were very dirty and tired looking. The ensuite needs updating. The noise of the fridge was excessive at times particularly at night and the unit was dusty and smelt of fish. We needed to constantly ventilate the living area.
