The apartment was lovely and clean and good parking, easy to find.
Easy walking up to the beach and cafés along the Mooloolaba Esplanade......close to Vietnamese and Japanese restaurants as well as great breakfast spots overlooking the beach!
There were a lot of stairs so not good if you require accessibility ...I hadn't really thought about stairs so this is just a note as I had a heavy bag with my art gear ...so note for future me! So in saying the property met my expectations...yes ...but not if you need flat access!

Location, close to beach, shops and buses, comfortable bed and pillows
No exhaust fans in bathroom which made floor slippery and dangerous, no exhaust fan over stove, poor assortment of kitchen utensils, TVs average, hair dryer ancient and scruffy.
