We loved the space, the facilities and the staff.
Our stay was a long one. Some consideration of this with our room provisions would have been helpful - 8 days worth of tea, coffee pods, toilet rolls, rubbish bags, detergent and chux wipes upfront. Room servicing was great and just in time for some new towels. The kitchen was missing things we are used to in air bnbs such as pepper, salt. Just the things you don't want to take back with you on the plane home! To start with it felt like we were staying in someone else's house because these things were missing (more a DYI approach). This wasn't good considering the expense of the accommodation. This was a small thing but makes a big difference for a long stay.

Location and view!
Train your staff. Perhaps older ones? Equip the kitchen for cooking more than spaghetti. More comfy furniture - it’s very basic. Some TLC for the property - broken doors and windows.
