Great hotel for a beach vacation, very friendly staff, and a really good breakfast with a great selection (especially fresh fruits)
Nothing negative, just room for improvement: no instant coffee; oatmeal as a addition to the buffet

Perfect location, beautiful lake side view from our room, which was spotless. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, providing maps, ferry timetables and advice on locations to visit, making the most of our trip. Breakfast was excellent, so much choice and really fresh with lovely staff again.

Fabulous position right on the lake. We had a view of the lake. Breakfast was excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy access to the old part of Sirmione

Location is good, also private beach is nice
Walls are thin!
At night we could hear every thing from the room next to us and also noise from the lobby.
There are a lot of bugs inside the room, There is an hole in the bathroom's celling and flies come inside the room
