Located in the heart of Colmar, nice Modern, meticulously, prepared and cleaned with the Frontier staff and an exceptional value

Location very central and close to the old town centre. We had a very spacious and clean room. Airconditioning was the perfect temperature (it’s often too cold in hotels)

Central location , comfortable beds , nicely designed rooms
We stayed in room 101 & were disturbed during the night when toilets flushed on the floors above with excessive noise ( ie soil pipes not sound insulated ) . Decoration could do with a touch up / refresh . No on site parking.

Camilla is absolutely delightful. The room was very comfortable ……. Good size and perfectly clean. Breakfast in the open courtyard was very good. The location is perfect for exploring the city.
Hmmm …….. After all of the good points, this isn’t easy to to say, but when you walk into a hotel, you really shouldn’t be walking into a building site. The ground floor has yet to be renovated and is full of combustible building materials, with no protection to the escape staircase.
Also, I can’t understand why the new doors to the guest rooms have not been provided with locks capable of securing the doors from the outside. This could be an issue for some guests if they are travelling with valuables.
Once these issues are resolved it will be a lovely hotel, but until that time, despite the good points about the hotel, I cannot recommend it … sorry.
