The Staff were so helpful and the place was amazing. You couldn’t ask for more. And as for Colmar! It is possibly the most beautiful place we have ever visited

I really loved this hotel. The service was excellent - staff very welcoming, chilled water to drink on arrival, free chocolate pretzels and fruit. My room was a very good size and beautifully decorated. The aircon worked really well yet was almost silent. I enjoyed my breakfast which had a good range of dishes - particularly the yoghurts which came in unusual flavours like (lemon) myrtle. The whole vibe of the place was great - very spa-like and chilled. The location was on the edge of a park with vintage fairground rides and fountains, just a few minutes walk from the old town. I would 100% stay here again - could not really fault the place or people in any way. (PS Can you please sell the lovely brooches the staff were wearing, which reminded me of Andrew Grima modernist jewellery!).
It is not cheap, but is basically a 5 star hotel and worth the price imho. If you keep your eye out there are deals occasionally.
