24 hour reception desk, friendly and welcomed us on our stay 🥰
Accessible lifts our your room. Rooms were lovely and clean, all amenities you needed for an apartment. Amazing sea view and levante beach. Pool area clean and tidy, lovely and quiet, no pool bar, but you can buy snacks and drinks in the restaurant and take them to the pool area. We stayed for a week and had room cleaned and bed changed once during our stay, could ask for clean towels when needed them. Reception staff very helpful, anything you needed they would help. Rooms have a safety deposit box which is a fee of €1.50 per day, which is reasonable. We totally enjoyed our stay at Les dunes suites and would 100% book here again.
Only down side was sometimes we would want to go to the restaurant downstairs, a lot of the times there was reserved signs on the tables.
We had breakfast once there and a couple of times for drinks 😄

Apartment in great location all with sea views
Wi-Fi did not work in the room.
Reception staff did not believe us, as was working in that area.
Very disappointed with this
