The location was very convenient and close to many things within walking distance. Mattia and Noemi couldn’t have been any better hosts!! The breakfast was phenomenal with homemade pastries and good coffee! The room was beautiful. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.
My only criticism is the air conditioner didn’t work very well. But we opened a window for some fresh air.

I cannot say enough good things about B&B Cimatori. The location was perfect - only a 14 minute walk from the train station and less than 10 minutes to everything else (shoe & purse shopping, our cooking class, Violi gelato, iconic focaccia sandwiches, and more). The room was so cute, the bed was comfy, and everything was very clean. The B&B itself is up a flight of stairs but this wasn’t an issue at all for us, just an FYI if stairs are an issue for you. The breakfast served was delicious - fresh pastries, fruit, yogurts, coffee, etc. Last but not least the hosts Mattea and Naomi are just absolutely lovely. We chatted with them during check in, check out, and breakfast and they are just so kind. One of the days we had to leave early for a tour before breakfast was served and they kindly let us take some pastries and fruit to go and made us cappuccinos. At check out they even gave us little homemade cantuccini biscuits which have long since been devoured. We stayed at many very nice places as we traveled around Italy but B&B Cimatori was easily my favorite. I’m someone who does extensive research before booking any type of stay and was more than happy with our pick here. If we’re ever in Florence again we’ll definitely be back here.

The staff were so friendly, polite and couldn’t do more for us. We really appreciated the hospitable nature of the owners. They recommended things for us to do in every day and even gave us a bottle of local red wine to keep. The AC worked well and was much needed in the middle of a heatwave in July.
The breakfast was delicious and the location was fantastic (very central).
We loved our visit and we would definitely stay again!

The location was amazing. We were so close to everything and felt like we were right in the heart of it. We were on a side residential street that was not even 5 minutes from the Duomo, but we got to see so many fun little shops everywhere we went. There were food spots right outside, so we could grab a quick bite as soon as we checked in. The staff was so nice as well. We really enjoyed speaking with them, and the breakfast they served in the morning was MORE than enough. There was a solid variety of fruit, yogurt, pastries, etc.
It is on the first floor, so you do have to go up a couple flights of stairs. It was okay for myself and my friend, but it could be more troublesome for older travelers. They also used a set of keys which was nice, but you always had a little scare not wanting to lose them.
