Stunning view, excellent location, antique furniture and atmosphere
You are mostly like in the old centuries. The Spanish room is very interesting and with many different attractive details. And the balcony is fantastic so you can eat your breakfast (like continental breakfast already included in the price) outdoor with the sound of Duomođź’—
Just little trouble with water in the bathroom in the shell (may be just because the building is the old one of course or may be the previous guests throw smth).

It’s not a hotel, there is no reception it’s self check in and out and the breakfast was not a breakfast, just dry crackers and a croissant in a wrapper

The location was excellent within walking steps of the Duomo.
The place was dirty on arrival. Traces of poo in the toilet. Trash from previous travelers in the cans. The door lock was broken and difficult to activate from either inside the room or outside. I was lucky that the cleaning and maintenance man was actually in the building the first time I was locked out.
Don't expect a real breakfast!!!! When I called the owner to ask about breakfast, he stated that the so-called breakfast was simply what was in the kitchenette; tea bags... no coffee (in a coffee culture)... and since there was no active power in the kitchenette, the kettle wouldn't work even for tea. The rest of the items supplied were 2 bottles of water, 2 bottles of juice, 2 packaged dried toast, butter in the refrigerator, and some toppings like Nutella and jam, and finally 2 packages of tea cookies.
The bed was one of the most uncomfortable I have slept ever, and I slept in a tent in the Sahara desert 3 weeks before.
The glass door to the shared patio/terrace was shattered and most certainly poses a safety hazard.
The only positive aspect of the property was the central location.
