the location is exceptional, property is spacious and beautifully laid out. breakfast spread was very good. the beach was clean and beautiful, well accessible. staff was very cooperative, helpful and supportive.
proper goan/ typical goan theme and welcome was missing.

Beautiful grounds and the beach.
The hotel management has no focus on customer experience for international customers. It’s clear that this hotel is driven by volume rather than repeat business. The hotel lobby and bar area is extremely uncomfortable and too hot to sit any time of the day (mid-March) . The ceiling fans are purely decorative and only can run on minimum speed. There is no ambience or music in the evenings go the guests to relax pre and post dinner so we had to go out of hotel for dinner and entertainment during our stay. The staff in restaurants are doing their best to provide good service but again lack of proper system and processes in place breakfast time is very chaotic.
Pool area has no rules and regulations, people swimming with their clothes on! It unhygienic! There are no showers to use before getting into the pool. Despite being a children pool available, children are allowed in the main pool all day!
