The location of the property is excellent. Staff is well behaved and room service is prompt. Food is good compared to other properties. The property is right next to the beach and the lawns and everything was well maintained. Breakfast was till 11 unlike other properties who close breakfast at 10.
The cleanliness wasn’t up to the mark. Bathroom seats had stains and as we were travelling with children, the dustbins needed lids which were provided once we asked for. When we had visited previously, the beach could be easily accessed from the beach shack however this time they had it enclosed which kind of killed the view

Our recent stay at Holiday Inn Resort Goa with my family and our 2‑year‑old son was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort. We were provided with a spacious, well‑maintained room overlooking the lush gardens, and housekeeping ensured it was refreshed daily with great attention to detail.
The team was consistently attentive and responsive to our needs. A special highlight was the provision of hot, fresh baby food throughout our stay, which made traveling with a toddler so much easier. On my son’s birthday, the staff surprised us with a cake — a thoughtful gesture that made the celebration even more special.
The property itself is beautifully maintained. A short walk through the resort leads directly to a clean, uncrowded beach, perfect for family time. The swimming pool was spotless and became our son’s favorite spot to play and splash around.
Dining options were plentiful, with multiple restaurants catering to varied tastes. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with subtle changes in the menu each day to keep things interesting. I would also recommend trying the dinner buffet — it was absolutely worth it. Beyond dining, the resort offers spa services, a kids’ play area, and recreational activities that add to the overall experience.
Most importantly, the property felt safe and secure, which is invaluable when traveling with family.

Located with beach front access to a long sandy beach. Large rooms and comfy large bed. We had sun beds on our terrace facing beautiful gardens which was very convenient especially as the hotel was very busy
There was an event on every day we were there, weddings and parties constantly either being set up or running or being taken down. Very noisy and busy and regular guests ignored and treated as an incidental v the event. The beach area is not well maintained. Sun beds dirty and scruffy, dirty plates and glasses just left, attracting birds. It’s definitely all about the weddings in this resort. Pool area doesn’t have enough sun beds. Restaurants weren’t good value.
