What I didn’t like so Expensive drinks also breakfast wasn’t included in the the price of stay which was first for us so We went out for breakfast we didn’t feel 35 euros for both of us was justified we’re elderly...

Lovely relaxing place to stay

Lovely staff and lovey atmosphere. Location was great as its about 4 minute drive from the city centre. Stunning hotel in and out with pool and gym area.

The dinner in the restaurant was great

The pillows were old and hard. There were 6 pillows into room we stayed in but they were all the same. I woke up with pain in my neck

Great stay, shame the spa was fully booked up, but still got great service and break.

Friendly staff, efficient and all facilities were so clean!

Bar area and ceiling needs a good revamp.

Breakfast and staff at breakfast were excellent

suggest that they don't move function room furniture around at 5.30 am if people are staying in room 103! phoned and complained the first morning - and they stopped - but did it again the next day.

Our stay was excellent, Home from home, trust me on this one.

The room had a beautiful atmosphere, food well positioned for easy access, the staff that walked us to the table was courteous and professional, clean, they all had that, I want to make you comfortable look as you enjoy your food, and our hotel, amazing experience both times, the dinner was a knock out, wow!!!! the room was warm, bed was great, it is a 10/10 for me, I could go on

Staff are sooo friendly, every meal we had was great quality, and it was a busy hotel with a great atmosphere.

Our room had a slightly strange smell, and it was very hot, we had to sleep with windows wide open. Also the lack of a lift wasn't ideal.

Bed comfortable Elemis toiletries a lovely touch in rooms .good location staff very nice Did not eat so cant comment on food.

Bar and reception area poor needs updating but can see that some work was been done on bedrooms as we left.

Lovely staff but room disappointing

Nice staff Nice old building good car park hallways recently renovated

the room was biggest let down nothing cosy/nice or character to reflect the outside of the building. we were told when we booked we would have garden view but we had building and football pitch 1km walk nearly from reception This is a wedding hotel not for a weekend getaway

While the staff were extremely friendly, there wasn't enough and service was poor. Leisure centre facilities were a let down - cleanliness

Nice and relaxing

Room was lovely and clean, bed was nice and comfy, hotel was in a great location and easy to get to. Leisure centre was excellent

More tea and coffee in rooms as there was very little Food in bar was not worth the money you were being charged

Only hotel available that's actually in New Ross hence owners overcharge

The wifi worked very well

The price of the room was ridiculously expensive. Can't be due to increased energy costs as there was no heating on in the room for the entire stay. Price of the food for room service was ridiculous also . I didn't eat in the restaurant but my partner had lunch there Roast beef He said it was the worst lunch he has ever had anywhere and he's aged 76 so has had many meals throughout his life
