Great location for what we were in Port Macquarie for, good parking off street, facilities including roof top were not too bad.
Bathroom was a bit dated with the bath tub shower combination, bath tub floor sags whilst standing in it, shower head could do with being replaced. Loves the pool and went for two swims but could do with regular cleans as a fair bit of pigeon poo was floating on the bottom.

It was spacious and clean
It was aging and lots of water on the verandah from rain coming out of the bottom of the downpipe
