We had a wonderful 3 bedroom apartment on the 5th floor in the west tower. It was a very good size for the 6 adults that stayed. Great having a laundry in the room. Really good location to the Bowling Club across the road for Dinner. Easy access to the Beach Boardwalk into town.

Reception staff friendly, helpful and welcoming as always. Views were amazing over the water. Hand wash shower gels etc fresh fragrant. Bed and pillows soft, blanket/bed cover grey nylon, soft and dreamy much better than the usual white cotton covers. Decent milk supply. Pool warm and inviting as was spa and sauna. The Mantra Observatory my most favourite hotel. Penthouse was spectacular, massive size with everything you need, books included.
More coffee pods would have been good, 2 supplied for 3 days. Need hand wash in kitchen. More tissues, the one box supplied was near empty. No pegs for clothes airer.

The location and warm pool
There’s not much to offer and the room is pretty outdated. There’s no sign for housekeeping to not make the room, first day housekeeping did our room then the remaining days they just changed our bins and toilet paper.
