Great stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well designed, with very comfy beds. The staff were friendly. The hotel is pet friendly, which was a major decision points for us. Very nice breakfast as well. Access from the parking house was easy and convenient. The location was good and te area was quiet. I would happily stay here again.

For us- good combination of qiality and location (close to railway station, close to city center- both in short walking distance). Not a tourist- busy time meant quite decent room prices. Bopoking.com allowed for optimal Hotel choice
Pleae note, that many of the floors have sections in slightly differemt levels ("half-height floors"). Buttons in the elevator like '2' and '2A' can cause some initial confusion. This did not cause any problem, may be extra 2-3 minutes to reach your room when checking in.

The location is central to all. Walking distance to train station. Busses outside the door. The room was large re accessible room. We didn't need this and found toilet hard to use. Some staff not helpful. Charge for lobby coffee?! No info about property at check-in and had to pay extra for early noon arrival but hotel was not full Tues night. Breakfast very busy. Need more coffee, juice, water stations. The did have food for purchase at front desk. Sandwiches, flatbread pizza (not so good).
Room was right next to elevator but was directed to different elevator which was inconvenient then to get to room. Also was on a 3A level access only. You couldn't get to room if you got off at 3. Gym was mediocre. Didn't use sauna which was only open late in day to 10 pm. Co-ed.
