Sehr kinderfreundliches Personal, aufmerksam und auch verständnisvoll.
Familienzimmer ist sehr geräumig, das Bad könnte eine Sanierung benötigen. Seifenspender auf Spiegelhöhe macht wenig Sinn da ein Kind nicht dran kommt

Hotel je prijemný a pohodlný. Gastronomia na úrovni zodpovedajúcej cene. Pohodlný wellness. Výborná poloha. Veľmi schopný personál.
V hotely nie je žiadna vzduchotechnika ani rekuperácia vzduchu. Hlavne na chodbách je nevetrané. Zároveň je neprípustné v dnešnej dobe mať toalety s odpočívadlom a na toaletách nemať žiadne aktívne vetranie. Zároveň žiadne vetranie nie je na chodbách kde sú izby. Asi sa dá domyslieť, že po otvorení izby kde nie je žiadne krížne vetranie vojde do spoločnej chodby zaujímavý vánok, ktorý pri stretnutí so susedmi spôsobí trápnu chvíľu.

Das bei Ankunft (sehr guter & professioneller Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption!) georderte Kinder-Abendessen(Wiener Schnitzel mit Pommes) war um 19:30 bereits aus. Die Enttäuschung entsprechend groß
Teilweise sichtbare Instandhaltungslücken. „Außenschwimmbad“, Hallenbad: Alte Fließen einfach überstrichen, Wände neu, Decke alt - 😳
