If you are searching for a hotel where your kids and yourself want to really enjoy your vacation this is it. So much things to do and delicious food to eat, swimming and sports - all under one roof. Amazing!
The rooms are a little old and there could be some updates on this field.

Spa is very good when there is no kids inside, location is very good - just next to the ski piste

The property was very clean, and the staff were extremely kind and attentive. The scenery is absolutely beautiful, perfect for a winter holiday and relaxation. The location is excellent, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant.
Although the hotel presents itself as family/kids friendly, there were no vegetables or other cooked meals suitable for a young child. We traveled with a 1.5-year-old child and were unable to provide appropriate food, as the vegetables were raw and difficult to chew even for adults. The food quality overall was very poor, which was unexpected for a 4-star hotel. In addition, communication between the hotel and Booking was weak: the staff were not aware that we were traveling with a child, even though we explicitly requested via Booking that the child be added to the reservation.
