Bathroom was dirty. Urine on toilet seat. Breakfast had been eaten by sports guests and not replaced. By 8:30am we had limited options.

just used as a stop over and was pleasantly surprised good value and comfortable clean rooms with good parking close to Marlow

The breakfast was of a very high quality and very well presented.

I am a light sleeper and the bright light from the corridor crept under the bedroom door. It could be toned down a bit.

The price reflected very fairly on the accommodation, location and service. The room was clean, modern and comfortable and easily provided enough space for 2 adults. The bathroom was clean and provided everything and anything you could possibly need. The surrounding area was quiet and tranquil with nighttime hours remaining peaceful throughout the night. The parking was free and with a huge selection of spaces. The overall ambience was great! Lovely food selection for breakfast, plentiful for all. And great social spaces.

The lady on checkout didn't provide as welcoming hello as you'd expect. I was handed a key card and expected to know where I was going and what was happening with breakfast options. She wasn't rude, just unhelpful with an undertone of boredom. The breakfast was fine, but we didn't understand why we couldn't help ourselves to the hot food? And why the 2 staff members were arguing over 'taking money'? Very strange. Not the comfiest bed, but suitable for a night's stay and I was put out a tad by the 930am checkout! Maybe boost it to 10am; cheeky ask!

Excellent breakfast and grounds,though the eating area is rather souless,more like a cafeteria.

Clean, great food and very comfy bed. Parking was free and it was easy to find.

When I arrived the staff didnt tell me where to find breakfast in the morning, luckily a staff member found me a bit lost and helped me.
