Excellent value for money accommodation (think Premier Inn standard) in an unlikely setting. £66 for a room with 2 x full breakfasts is a steal!
Was surprised how pleasant it was, and the grounds were spotless. Plus there’s a large free car park on site, unlike most other overpriced hotels in central Marlow (which is about 10-15 min walk away).
Large comfortable room, with TV, tea/coffee making station. Great big bed, nice linens, plenty of pillows. Large bathroom and excellent shower pressure.
The “Engine Room Restaurant” is a bit like a school canteen in appearance but the breakfast buffet choices were excellent, with well cooked hot food. Good coffee machine.
Check-in (after 3pm) and check-out (before 9.30 weekdays) times are a bit draconian IMHO. An hour leeway each side would be better, but that did not detract from our enjoyment of the place. Would definitely stay here again next time in Marlow.

Location was great. Staff were great and room was as very clean and comfortable.
Sink was pretty much blocked. Shower door didn’t shut properly. Only one pack of biscuits in room. For 2 guests you’d expect two packets and maybe a bottle of water each.

No air con. Room very hot and windows didn't open far. Signage to reception bad, drove round looking for HOTEL sign.
Breakfast only served until 9 but not much veggie options left at 8.30. Cafe closed evening so couldn;t get drinks
