Great location. Very cheap compared to others in the local area.
Staff at check in and breakfast were fantastic, very helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was pretty standard.
Two days before they emailed us to say that there would be an event with live music going on until 1am. This left us no time to find another option as everything else was booked up or really expensive by then. Given that this was a wedding they would have known this much before and should have told us on booking. I did ask to be put away from the music and they did this so it wasn’t too bad, but for some rooms it would have been really loud, also someone set the fire alarm off at 11pm when we were in bed.
The bed is tiny.
There’s no air con (they do leave a little fan) so we had to sleep with the window open. The room was incredibly hot.
Not the cleanest (there were cobwebs and sweets under the bed).
