The food was fabulous. Had dinner and breakfast there. Both were excellent and the food in itself is worth going there for. Enjoyed the breakfast but the dinner stood out as extreamly well executed and presented as well as delicious.
The wifi in the bedroom but then it is an old building so hard to do anything about that. Only mentioning it because Booking.com asked.

From the stunning building to the wonderful staff, everything was absolutely incredible.
The hotel’s interior was beautifully designed with the building’s period features celebrated in every room. It was luxurious in a way that didn’t feel stuffy, and instead felt cosy.
The team at Penally Abbey were by far the best asset. Every single person was so friendly and kind. Nothing was too much hassle, and they were constantly making us feel welcome and taking the time to interact with our baby — especially the lovely young man in the restaurant at breakfast.
We didn’t try the restaurant outside of breakfast, however we did find that the breakfast included with the room was exceptional value for money and really delicious.
The location is perfect for exploring Tenby and the surrounding areas, plus you can enjoy the beautiful sea views from the hotel.
I’d really struggle to think of anything I didn’t like.
The only slight negative (and this is just me being really picky) was the parking. There’s free parking available, however it was full when we arrived. It wasn’t a problem as there was more free parking at the bottom of the hill, but it did seem to fill up quickly!

The breakfast was lovely. A really good selection and well presented.
I wouldn't recommend having dinner here unless you prefer nouveau cuisine and paying a lot of money for very little food.
