The location and the staff
Room could have been larger and the shower in bath was a bit too deep which made stepping in and out a bit of a challenge

It was a lovely hotel our room was very small but it was lovely and clean
I didn’t like the slate steps. It was raining so very slippery.

More menu options for snacks and drinks.A lots of stairs to get to other areas.

Location
Room was miss sold , the room we had booked had an unrestricted view of the harbour .
The room they gave us was on the first floor with a very restricted view because of the trees .
When we went to reception they blamed Booking.com for displaying the wrong room .
Moved us for the second night and was still not the same room but wasn't offered a refund for the mistake .
Nice hotel but I wouldn't have paid the price I did for the two rooms if I had known .
I specifically choose the room and paid the money for that view as i am a fisherman and wanted to sit and watch the boats early morning.
I feel very let down at there excuse in blaming booking .com .
Surely as a buisness you look at your own advertising and I feel I was totally misleading twice .
