Location was fantastic, a short walk from the Grote Markt. Took shuttle to station, which stops just outside hotel. Staff were lovely and really helpful. Breakfast was amazing! And, although tiny, nice to have a quick dip in the pool. Great air-conditioning and plentiful selection of towels!
Initially, I found the layout quite challenging. A total rabbit Warren. But the signage IS all there, just need to get used to it. Got milk for my in-house tea, but had to ask for it.

It had a beautiful position above the bay, the staff were friendly and very helpful,
The room was faultlessly clean and well thought out , we had breakfast which was very nice.

Superb view, lovely room and a very comfortable bed.
Starting to look run down and dated compared to others. Breakfast was limited and average compared to others half the price. Food was ok but some options were very dated now. Outdoor options poor compared to rivals.

Crazy setup in bathroom and no instruction for location for heated towel rail. Wifi very slow and difficult
