The Frühling Spargel first course was absolutely delicious, but the true highlight was the wonderful service. Our waitress, a lovely chatty lady of Portuguese/Swiss heritage, made our meal and evening truly memorable.
The breakfast was a mixed experience; while we absolutely loved the great coffee, excellent cheese selection, and self-service freshly squeezed orange juice, the overall variety needs improvement. It was disappointing to only find croissants in Switzerland, and adding more cereals, local breads, and morning pastries would make a big difference.

I had to Travel 1 day earlier and that was no Problem at all. Keys available upon Late arrival.
I had to change the room because I needed a table to sit at to work a bit in the evening, they gave me another room and even brought my stuff over during my absence , that’s a service that is absolutely top 10 service, wow, thanks a lot for that ;-). Breakfast was really nice, service outstanding. Restaurant in the hotel is top class restaurant, it’s really worth the money and the staff is very professional.
In the square outside of hotel, there are some shops and restaurants and of course I left some money there as well;-).
Missing perhaps some information in the room about available parking. Also information about breakfast times. I go to work early, meaning 07:00 is a bit late, but, if you arrive earlier, it’s no problem, but I try to follow the rules so I don’t push pressure in the staff;-)

Staff were very helpful, hotel is centrally located. Room was quiet and comfortable with a lovely balcony. The cleaning was very efficient. And there was even a shared fridge where we could leave somemitems safely.
We were satisfied with everything.

Bathroom was half in the bedroom (sink and mirror). The bathroom room was without sink
