コスパ最高でした

スタッフがよかったし、広いお庭に広めのお部屋、地下にコンビニがあるのも、子供がいるのでよかった

古いので振り向くとどこかしらが剥がれていたり、お風呂とかモダンではない清掃スタッフもチャイムならしたらすぐスペアキーで入ってくるから慌ててしまいましたまぁ清掃時間に帰って来たりしたからかなあと宿泊期間ルームサービスがないことを知らなくてコンビニなかったら辛かった

朝食、夕食は、大変満足でした。

駅チカと庭園

知名度がありロビー等高級感はあるが、部屋の細部において、壁紙が無数に剥がれていたり、ホコリが目に着いた。室内灯のスイッチがなく、コンセントを元から抜いたりした。

スタッフの教育レベルがしっかりしていると感じました。

２回目の宿泊です。ベルデスクの方が、私の手元の荷物の預かり札に気付き、声掛けをしていただきました。よく見ていると感心しました。また、些細なトラブルがありましたがご丁寧な対応の上、部屋替えをしていただきました。ありがとうございました。

残念

禁煙を選んでいたのに部屋のバスルームが酷くタバコ臭がした。部屋も古く、清掃もあまりキレイではなく持参した除菌ウエットシートでテーブルやデスクなど拭くと結構ホコリが残っていた。

Luxurious hotel, good location.

The hotel is luxurious with several expensive restaurants. There is a convenience store on the basement level, so many guests can enjoy their stay.

There was a shuttle bus service around 3 Prince hotels and Shinagawa train station. However, the front area of the station has been under construction, so the train station stop was canceled.

Era un hotel di lusso, andrebbe rinnovato un po’

Ci ho soggiornato solo una notte ma è evidente che è una struttura un po’ vecchiotta per quanto la lobby certamente lascia ancora a bocca aperta. La posizione e sia un sì (vicino la più grande stazione al mondo, quindi molto comoda) che un no (per arrivare da Shinagawa devi fare una bella salita e con i bagagli, dopo un lungo viaggio, non è proprio il massimo

Comfortable stay with excellent location and facility.

Excellent location, close to a big train station with many lines specially the Shinkansen line, makes travelling very easy. Having a 7-Eleven shop inside the building is super handy. A big and beautiful Japanese style garden is a plus, specially at night when the lights are on. Good view of the city, you could see the Tokyo Tower. Stuff are nice and helpful, room is clean and well supplied.

The interior of the hotel room is a little out dated, specially the carpet feels very old.

It's a hotel.

I could sleep there. Our flight was delayed, wouldn't stay there otherwise.

It was a Chinese hotel in Japan. So think of everything being slightly off and massive. It's like a giant dorm.

Comfortable hotel in a good location.

The location is great ! Very near the train station. Although the walking path is uphill.

The furniture especially the bed was a bit old and torn. The bed itself is comfortable but the bed structure is decayed.

Fine but overpriced

The hotel garden and lobby are quite impressive. Most staff were lovely.

The check-in staff member was strangely cold and not meeting the usual manners you'd expect in a Japanese business. The rooms are a bit shabby and worn. The A/C was very warm in the room and unable to be changed. When opening the window there was a constant loud noise from some ventilation unit. Chinese guests shouting in the corridor at 2am

品川駅からのロケーションが良く便利フロントの対応がチェックイン、チェックアウト共にスムーズであり、フレンドリーで好印象改装されているであろうフロント周りは高級感もあり洗礼された空間

部屋の古さ、特にバスルームが予約サイトの写真と比べて古く感じた昭和の設備に一面の壁のみ木目調カッティングシートを張っただけでシャンプーボトルなども中途半端な残量の物がバスタブの縁に置かれているのが貧乏くさく感じた洗面室の床に小さな紙屑のような物も複数落ちていたので少し清掃状態が気になった

The 70 th anniversary light show in garden is spectacular

The staff, honestly I have given feedback for the past 12 years I have come to this hotel, are cool and not very helpful. With the mess of the station , I no longer want to stay here

So good we rebooked to stay here again.

Staff were lovely, the housekeeping team were honest - they found my cc and left it in the room. The location was GREAT and having a 7ELEVEN on site was amazing. The room is spacious compared to others. We rebooked here for our return visit.

Big hotel and good for a short stay

Huge hotel with mostly modern facilities. Convenient for a 7-11 to be situated in the hotel.

Nothing to do or see in this suburb but fortunately the transport system with JR line is within 5 min walking distance.

Practical if not the most exciting location. Very nice facilities and beautiful garden though, which was a pleasant surprise.

部屋は清潔で綺麗だった

お風呂が暗く薄気味悪い感じなのとシャワーがめちゃくちゃ弱い！女性だと洗髪するの時間がかかりすぎる。今時、珍しい位残念でした。
