A great hotel, very large with lots of amenities. Rooms are spacious, Japanese Garden is lovely. Airport shuttle bus for a fee.
It is up a steep hill which meant that after a long travel day we had to try and push 3 suitcases up it. The staff on the front desk were quite dismissive to us.

Very attemptive staff, great garden, view was great and room was clean.
Amenities were not suited to a 5 star and QR code didn’t work to order amenities. Toilet looked old/not looked after, with some stain, not meeting the expectations.

good location close to station, comfortable room with balcony and good view, nice gardens shared with other hotels in the complex

Staff, Food, facilities. Bed comfortable. Toilet facilities were good.
It’s was a little tired in the room… The bd frames had seen better days! No range of tea bags.
