This place is very professional :)
Large hotel with many staff members that are very accomodating.
The gym is decent enough, yoga Matt, bike, treadmill and no weights.
The pressure point massages here are thorough with no oil and you lay on your own bed. Recommend for the price & convenience. 40mins.
All this hotel misses is weights in the gym and a little more equipment but other than that it was enough.

Everything was amazing—the room, the staff, and the restaurants. It was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. When I come back to Tokyo, I'll definitely check the availability here first.

Staff, Food, facilities. Bed comfortable. Toilet facilities were good.
It’s was a little tired in the room… The bd frames had seen better days! No range of tea bags.
