The service was excellent, the staff really went the extra mile to communicate with us in English, they even helped us move our luggage into our room! The washing machine and dryer was excellent and very useful throughout the trip, the microwave is very clean too and we constantly use it.
The 2nd floor Jonathan's restaurant is closed but many websites state that its still open. It's ok as there was many nearby places to eat as well, especially at the train station, there is also a 7/11 nearby for midnight snacks.

Close to train station close to the shops had a washing and dryer together so you can do the washing before going out and by the time you get back it’s all dry. It had a lot of space.
