We stayed for just one night as a convenient stop before our flight back to Singapore, and the hotel served that purpose very well.
Our room was clean and comfortable, with a great view. The location is probably one of the hotel's biggest strengths, being right next to Shinagawa Station, which makes getting around Tokyo and travelling to the airport very convenient. There are also plenty of dining options in and around the hotel.
A particular highlight was dinner at Table 9 Tokyo. The food, setting and overall dining experience were excellent and made our final evening in Japan particularly enjoyable.
Overall, it was a clean, comfortable and very conveniently located hotel that worked well for our one-night stay before flying home.
The only aspect that could have been better was the service. While the staff were efficient, some interactions felt a little hurried and less patient than what we had experienced during our stays in Nagasaki and Hiroshima. This may simply reflect the much faster pace of a large Tokyo hotel, but the difference was noticeable.

Close to the station and the bullet train
We booked this hotel as it had a pool and travelling with 3 children 1and 3,go to swim .. 1 year old not allowed , apparently for safety reasons which is ridiculous , 3 year old can’t stand in the pool either but he was allowed , nowhere when we booked did it mmention swimming age , travelled the world and have never seen this , staff were so unhelpful and could t explain , only to keep nodding and saying safety, safety , manager wouldn’t even come out to speak to us , also had to pay to use the hotel pool that staying in, never seen this , hotel ended up sending us to their sister hotel 5 minutes away where aparantly it was “safe “ for 1 year old , this hotel cost $50 per person to swim , even if you were staying there …ridiculous system and no reason for it . Staff generally unhelpful . Booked a driver for early departure , took 40 minutes to do , then driver never came , rooms were really old and basic , the room where my grandsons stayed , the sofa bed was left with just the mattress protector , no sheets ,
