The hotel is in the heart of Guanajuato. It was walking distance to the main attractions.
It was probably nothing they couldn’t fix but the smell of sewage was strong at night

We liked the view from the room, the size of the room, the air conditioning, the breakfast, and the free water
We were promised a downstairs room but received one on the 2nd floor. Staff left our door propped open with a mop bucket all day. Friday and Saturday nights were very loud, very late. Never got the wifi to work.
