The staff team is extremely helpful, pleasant and accommodating. We were supplied a heater and blanket when mentioning we felt the room a bit cold. Also upon check out, my Uber ride request experienced delays and the manager went all the way helping me communicate with the driver, trouble shoot, and eventually called a cab in time, ensuring us catching a smooth ride to the bus station. The staff team does everything to make guests feel at home. Thanks! The location is very central. Room is clean, spacious, and comfortable. I'd definitely recommend Casa del Agua to friends travelling to Guanajuato.

La ubicación, la fachada de la casa que es muy bella, el tamaño de la habitación. Muy grande y cómoda.
El servicio es muy regular.
Desde la llegada pregunté si nos podían dar la habitación más bonita disponible por la tarifa.
Me dijeron que así era y me llevaron a la hab. Cuando pregunté específicamente si tenían una con vista a la iglesia el chico me dijo que sí, le pedí cambio al señor y este me lo negó porque habíamos entrado al baño de nuestra habitación, con un simple paño con un producto de limpieza lo habrían podido resolver. Es una cuestión de voluntad. Cuando es posible se debe satisfacer al cliente. Es una cuestión de actitud y amabilidad.
En la noche al entrar pregunté si habían vendido la habitación que quería (que a las 5 PM estaba disponible, era improbable que alguien la tomara). El otro señor que había me dijo algo tosco "de hecho estoy lleno, y su pago está pendiente" (el datáfono o terminal no les funcionaba cuando llegué). Fue muy triste y frustrante. Cuando uno va una sola noche a un sitio al que no sabe si vuelve en su vida, por supuesto quiere vivir la mejor experiencia posible. Tienen mucho que aprender de servicio al cliente.
Los baños no vacían bien.
