La chica que nos atendió en el restaurante desde el sábado en la tarde y domingo por la mañana muy amable. No se su nombre pero es una güerita.

Muy buena estancia pero con oportunidad de mejora.

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas! Y las vistas están increíbles.

Durante nuestra estancia salimos a la piscina un rato, al regresar al cuarto encontramos al personal del aseo en nuestro cuarto cambiando sábanas. Esta situación la verdad no nos pareció puesto ese mismo día hicimos el check in y se supone que pues ya te deben entregar una habitación limpia. Para ser un hotel boutique siento que esta acción si deja mucho que desear. Sin embargo, todo lo demás fue excelente.

2023年大晦日に向けて12月30日から1月2日まで滞在しました。スタッフの温かくて素晴らしい対応。ホテル内のレストラン、バー、パン屋さん共にナイスクオリティ！次回も又利用させて頂きたい。ロケーションも文句無し！

シャワールームに照明が欲しいですね。洗面台にも追加で照明があれば特に女性には喜ばれるかと思う。部屋ももう少し照明が明るく出来る様に選択肢が有れば文句なし。

Que nos pusieron en una habitación abajo del restaurante y se escucha muy temprano el pasadero de gente y música del restaurante y en la ventana había un señor descargando cervezas.

Loved it

The room was bigger than it looked in the pictures and very comfortable, super clean and the AC worked great. It had a dinning room and a living room, very spacious.

It was a lovely time in a magnificent city, we will definitely return.

It was right in Guanajuato, easy to navigate and a quiet, lovely boutique. We booked the Master Suite and it had a lovely balcony area above the courtyard. The pool and sky bar had wonderful views and it was a lovely trip. The included breakfast for us was also quite delicious.

Like most places in Guanajuato, there is no place to park/pullover near the hotel. It made for a slightly stressful and eventful loading/unloading process. My wife’s parents room was also incredibly small, so be weary of what you book. It was essentially a small closet off the main hallway with no windows and a bed. This room was marginally cheaper than our master suite so it is important to double check your booking before finalizing.

Everything was top-notch, from friendly and extremely helpful staff to gorgeous cafeteria and on-site restaurant.

The pool was not heated enough for a late-night swim. However, after a while, my body adjusted to it so it was still relaxing.

Wonderful

Gorgeous hotel with stunning rooftop infinity pool and views, feels high end and charming. Comfortable bed, great wifi, TV with English channels. Very professional and helpful staff.

A relaxing stay in a central location

Very comfortable well-appointed clean quiet room off a large multi-story interior courtyard with a large bathroom and comfortable bed. Our room had a private rooftop deck overlooking the city, a wonderful place to sit and relax. The location is very convenient, the historic city center is right outside this wonderful boutique hotel's front door. The staff was all welcoming, friendly, and helpful.

The Wifi was poor, the service only worked about half the time of our 4-night stay and the hotel staff did not seem concerned. Luckily a coffee shop just down the street had fast and free wifi.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing.

Wifi connection was not very strong service was on and off. There was an issue with the hot water and you can no longer have drinks at the pool.

great facility and location, but do something about the music and the cold food (one time only). we would come again

the rooms were great as were the breakfast/lunch and dinner places. the sky bar gave you a super view of the city

they played music too loud and our room was right next to the courtyard where they played the music. we had to ask them a couple of times to turn in down. we also ordered an expensive wagyu burger which came cold along with the fries. I refused to pay for it and got into an argument with the operations manager. eventually they took it off the bill. they made up for it by giving us a couple of free drinks in the sky at which came as a pleasant surprise
