Adecuada

La vista y la ubicación

La habitación no tiene aire acondicionado, solo contaba con un ventilador que no era suficiente, la habitación se sentía demasiado caliente aún cuando el ventilador estaba en lo máximo.

Buena ubicación, atención muy amables y tiene servicio de pensión para los carros

We supposed to stay 2 nights but after one night we decided to leave and not comeback again to this hotel. What a waste

The hotel is in a really good location

Unfortunately the pictures of the rooms are a complete lie. Our room was super small, tv wasn't working, there's no elevator and they leave you with only two towels, one face and hand towel. The bed and pillows were really uncomfortable. Bathroom was ok but there's no shower door so everything gets wet after someone takes a shower.

Excelente ubicación

Excelente ubicación. Muy cerca del parque unión, teatro Juárez, universidad de Guanajuato, Templo de la Compañía y de empresa de Tours. Muchos restaurantes cerca. Yo me hospede en la habitación REBECA, muy cómoda y con balcón a ls avenida principal. Es un hotel antiguo, con Restaurante, y sin elevador. Si lo recomiendo por la ubicación y excelente atención del personal.

Que tienes que subir necesariamente escaleras para llegar a las habitaciones.

Would stay here again for the excellent location.

The only issue for me was the wifi going out. It was eventually solved. There is plenty of street noise with the balconey door open, but is quite muted when closed. The noise did not bother me. I enjoyed all the sounds of Mexico, church bells ringing, music, callejonadas singing. Just saying in case you want quiet.

Very good

The location of the property is exceptional. If you go to the terrace, you have a clear view of the Templo de la Compañia right in front of you; you can see the Basilica on your left. The room was clean and had a balcony from where you get the amazing frontal view of Templo de la Compañia. the food at the restaurant is amazing.

The room that I stayed in was tiny. The bed barely fit in the available space.

nice stay!

huge bathroom. comfy bed. great location. very clean.

no wifi, no ac. everywhere in centro you will hear cars and church bells.

ok for price and location.

location.. was great. Staff was very nice. it has a very nice terrace at the way top of the hotel.

the rooms are very small, had no wifi. cable got fixed after 2 days, it’s right in front of a beautiful church and the Bells rang al 6, 7, 8am every morning. rooms I. second floor are high and need to go up many stairs. pictures on page are misleading.

Superb

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful location (very nice views over the city from both my room and the terrace).

The street is one of the busiest in Guanajuato so there is a bit of noice during the day, but at night was ok

Disappointed

We had an item that was stolen by house keeping while staying there. They sent up the maid who to our knowledge was the only one who came into the room while we were gone. When we came back the item was no where to be found. We reported it to the front desk and they refused to do anything about the missing item.

The location of this building is outstanding and its best feature. Building needs some TLC.

Location was excellent and staff was very helpful. Our first room had zero ventilation (no windows) and was hot at night so staff allowed us to move to another room for a few days at no charge.

Internet signal was weak/unavailable because there are no access points at the higher floors. Water sprayed everywhere out of sink faucet. Water from shower sprayed outside the shower. One of the shower controls connected backwards and temperature hard to control. TV very old and component cables missing so picture was in black & white only. Room wall outlet wasn't full connected to the wall, very dangerous. Room safe did not work.

Excellent Breakfast and amazing roof top.

The basic room is very small but there are others available worth the upgrade.

Perfect location, very bad internet

The WiFi was horrible, I could only connect to the hotel WiFi while standing next to the door of my room, when I was in my room I lost the connection and I had to use my own internet... Horrible!

I would come back again with a city map and without a car.

the building was unique and beautiful. it’s in a nice Central location.

there is no parking here and it is extremely difficult to find. We parked in a nearby tunnel but didn’t return by 10 am to move our care and received a parking ticket. you can only park on the street, if you can find a spot, for two hours from 8 am to 8 pm. You can’t count on your google maps to find it for you so you really need a map to get you to the hotel . You may want to avoid having a car with you. that would make your trip more enjoyable.

great location, and kristina(spelling) is the best

location was aweome with views of cathedral and university from balcony. kristina was wonderful from start to finish. place just needs a little tlc and signage out front which is difficult because of historic codes, causing our cab driver to drive by it twice. near everything, and the roof top is nice to use to just sit in the sun, and enjoy the view. never tried the food, and the internet was so so.

wifi. bathroom floor always flooded from shower and if you open the window the bugs come in. minor things.

Great place

The property was very clean, staff were super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is centrally located where you can walk everywhere and yet is away from the actual noise -which in can be loud late at night.

The parking situation, you have to park off site but they actually take your car and bring it over and it’s and extra $250 pesos
