El lugar si bien está en un poco de subida (como todo GUANAJUATO es en subida) la ubicación es excelente!!! Callejones super tranquilos, además que pasa la callejoneadas y dan mucha vida al lugar. La Chica de limpieza llamada Perla es muy buena en su trabajo, muy preocupada y simpática (déjenle propina cada vez que se hospeden). Sin duda volvería una y otra vez... Tiene una vista muy hermosa y las instalaciones son cómodas, si no quiere caminar arrende a nivel del centro a mucho más precio, este hospedaje ofrece todo lo necesario. Un abrazo

The location was perfect! It’s just a few minutes' walk to the city center, which was very convenient.
The view from the window was stunning, with the University of Guanajuato and the church right in front of me.
And also I really enjoyed the stunning view from the communal balcony.
The shared kitchen was very convenient, especially having access to a microwave.
Other essentials like a fridge, tableware, and utensils were also provided.
The bathroom had a slight odor.
When I took a shower, water leaked from the tub, making the floor soaking wet.
I was concerned because the towels were yellowed and had a smell.
The duvet and blankets didn't have covers, so they were covered in dirt and dust.
I'm very concerned about the overall hygiene.
