The location is great, you're close to everything, basically everything. The room is comfortable and the bathroom is really nice.
Staff is just gone, there's no staff, it's like an automatic AI hotel, which might be useful, but we found it uncomfortable since we had to wait a lot for someone to help us solve a quick request, almost waited an hour to do the checkout since no one's there at any point. It feels so cold, not that Mexican vibe, just AI vibe which is quite weird.
