Clean nice staff good breakfast
No parking , and when I parked outside the hotel , a cop took my car plate 😭WIFI is not good. Room did not have a window.

La ubicación.
Que como aplicacion de booking no consideren los comentarios y evaluacion que tienen estos hoteles.
Cuando llegue al hotel y revise mi contrato, decia que, si se encontraban manchas que no se pudieran quitar en sabanas, cobijas o toallas cobrarían una cuota de hasta 1000 entonces, diario hay que estar revisando que cuando cambien sabanas y toallas no me dejaran una que estuviera manchada para evitar pagar por algo que no hice, este tipo de situación hace sentirte incómodo y que en lugar de descansar tengas que estar cuidando cada detalle, al salir de mi hospedaje entraron a revisar inmediatamente si había dejado manchado algo, entonces, te hacen sentir como delincuente.
El cuarto fue muy pequeño y entre cuartos se escucha mucho ruido, la tv se veía borrosa.
Favor de considerar este tipo de detalles que tiene el hotel Grand Guanajuato, porque, hace que tu estancia no sea cómoda.
