Una ubicación tranquila, cerca de la ciudad. Es un polígono industrial a. 6 km de Cuenca. Hay parking en el hotel que se puede utilizar pagando 5€ día. Está muy bien organizado con un servicio telefónico rápido para indicarte todos los detalles/ datos y poder acceder a la habitación. Una decoración sencilla y práctica.
Nada que resaltar.

Instalaciones y reformas recientes
Aire acondicionado ruidoso en todas habitaciones de la planta de arriba según nos dijeron por el tipo de sistema, falta de asistencia 24 h de personal de recepción siendo hotel 3*, nos quedamos en la calle ya que el mando electrónico que abría la puerta no funciono, y el recepcionista estaba dormido dentro o no se, pudimos entrar dentro gracias a otra pareja que entro después. La cafetería cierra fines de semana en el Hotel, increíble. No lo recomiendo ademas esta fuera de la Ciudad de Cuenca y para llegar al casco antiguo , hay alrededor de 9 km.
