I am staying here for the 4th time already and its as amazing as always
The staff is very welcoming and kind
Dinner at the restaurant is the best in town, the cook is very good

Breakfast was good, and the spread was decent and sufficient for the stay. However, our experience on the second day was disappointing. Since we had an early plan to visit the island, we requested a packed breakfast, but the restaurant staff appeared very reluctant to accommodate the request.
In particular, a staff member named Joe was quite rude in his interaction. The experience was upsetting, especially because my young daughter was asked to throw away the noodles from her plate, which felt unnecessary and insensitive. Overall, while the food experience was good, the service in this instance left a poor impression.

Better customer handling and a more accommodating approach would have made a significant difference.
