The location is excellent — beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. The beach is lovely, with clean water and free sunbeds and umbrellas, and it never felt crowded. The food is tasty and there's a good variety of drinks. Free parking is a plus.
The beds are very uncomfortable and the mattresses badly need replacing. The air conditioning units are dirty and don't cool the room well. Overall, the rooms and facilities feel outdated and in need of maintenance — lamps hanging loose, chairs in poor condition, and swallows nesting on the balconies. The restaurant has a serious wasp problem; they're constantly around you and landing in your food, so there's likely a nest nearby. Coffee is limited to instant, with no proper espresso or filter option. The hotel is built on a hill, so expect a lot of steps and walking, and none of the buildings have elevators. The beach is also about a 400 m walk from the hotel. Room service is poor — not even water is provided.

Family oriented, quiet, big parking, dedicated beach umbrellas and chairs. Animators for kids were great.
Food was very generic, and the all-inclusive is only at the property. The beach is 400m from the property, so if you want to take advantage of the all-inclusive, you need to walk back. It's an issue if you're the only adult with your kids at the beach, which means you need to pack up and walk back.

All inclusive and with own beach , the price of the beach chairs and umbrella was included in the price, the beach is clean, also entertainment for the kids, also kids playground with cradles and etc.
The property is at a hill, you need to constantly climb- no lifts or way to move around but feet, I was with my parents and 2 year old child, going to the beach, even going to the restaurant for food was challenging and exhausting . The stuff was not friendly and the food quality was not the best

Beach is fine. Rooms spacious.
Food disappointing, often finished and had to wait for refill, not enough forks, had to wait for these too. Tomatoes, white cheese and yoghourt are traditionally good Bulgarian products. In this place they managed somehow to find the cheapest from the cheapest. Drinks were the cheapest possible as well. Room was never vacuum cleaned during our stay. Bed sheets were smaller than the mattress.
