We asked for a ground floor room upon arrival as my wife has mobility issues. We were accommodated with this request though wondered if this meant a downgrade in bed size.
Room needed some maintenance - Bathroom faucet was not fixed securely on the counter. Beds were fine though pillows were ordinary.

Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Towels changed daily. Good location.
The walls are paper thin. Could clearly hear people talking next door. Our neighbours decide to have a domestic dispute at all hours of the night.

Generally the complex was very good, the restaurant great and location of the property was great.
There was a need to use a cup to fill the jug for hot drinks, a consideration would be to have a higher tap that would allow the jug to fit under.
(2) We were in room 16, just outside the door there were several steps to reach the parking area, there was NO handrails to assist getting up and down the steps, I had to walk the length of the walkway to not have to use the steps.

This place has gone down hill. At most on a good day 3 star
Outdated, dirty in the corners and places where not trafficed much, usb outlet in gpo broken doesnt work.
Black mould in bathrooms
Flood on floor after a shower
Beds rock hard
Plantation shutters hide broken screen doors and even the shutters are broken themselves
