Close to everything you needed, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the room was probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Central waterfront location and water views.
The upholstered chairs in the room are attractive, but their seats are sagging and make sitting on them uncomfortable -it's time too retire and replace them.
Our room lacked a microwave which nowadays seems to be a standard item in motel rooms.
There was a notice in the room saying that a microwave could be supplied on request.
