Everything was perfect.
I really disliked the fact that smoking is allowed everywhere outside. I would strongly suggest having designated smoking areas instead.
For us, the constant cigarette smoke was very unpleasant and made it almost impossible to relax and enjoy the outdoor areas. It felt like we were breathing in cigarette smoke all the time.
Because of this, I would not recommend this place for families with children.

The hotel facilities are very good, but what really pleased us was the buffet. The food was very fresh and of good quality, it varied every day, with a different theme every night (Asian, Mediterranean, Mexican...). Much of the food was cooked from scratch in front of you. The variety of fish and meat was excellent, as well as an abundant choice of cheeses, cold meats, breads, fruits and desserts.
A very pleasant surprise were the fresh juices available for breakfast every morning. No juices from concentrate but homemade! Lots of healthy choices to start the day.
The hotel itself is beautiful and it is in an exceptionally good location, right at the beachfront. The apartment was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The gym, although very small, was well equipped for small workouts and a bit of cardio. The evening entertainment was nice although sitting availability was sometimes limited. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful, from front desk to catering and the animation team, everyone was very nice. An excellent experience overall.
We were very unhappy with the fact that there is no provision for non smokers to sit in any of the terraces. Smoking is allowed everywhere outdoors, including sunbeds, around the pool and all the terraces, as well as areas with children. In this time and age, separate areas for smokers should be a must! It was absolutely revolting to be surrounded by smoke all the time, there was no way of escaping it! It really did put a damper on our stay.
It was also quite disappointing that the apartment's kitchen was not stocked with even the basics. No washing liquid, scourer sponge or kitchen towels, something you would expect as a bare minimum in a 4 star hotel.
Another improvement needed would be the air conditioning in the gym. Most of the time it was off, you had to call maintenance to switch it on, and then there was only one of the machines working. Despite raising this issue a few times, it was not sorted while we were at the hotel. It was incredibly hot as the gym is very small and it was very busy most of the times. The opening times of the gym are not very convenient either (8am-8pm) which means you can not do early or late workouts, something greatly desirable in that heat. A 4 star hotel should really consider to either expand those hours or offer a 24/7 which is usually the case.

Great location , choice of pool or beach , huge complex but got a great night sleep , huge pool and lots of nooks and crannies to relax around the hotel , we only stayed one night but would stay again .
Not easy to get loungers by the pool , people tended to put towels down and go away for the day .. a lot of children everywhere ,
