Really enjoyed my stay here! The room was modern, clean and very comfortable. Overall, the property is extremely well maintained; everything is spotlessly clean! Had amazing views from my balcony. Where this hotel is situated could not get any more perfect, right by a beautiful lake with stunning views. The staff are very attentive, friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the effort that all the staff went to with communicating with me in English (I speak almost no German at all). The buffet breakfast was delicious. Every dish I ordered from the restaurant was fantastic! I would stay here again with no hesitation if I got another chance to travel to Austria!
Only a small (and trivial) bit of feedback here - as this hotel is literally right by a lake, there are a lot of mosquitos in the late afternoon/evenings. It might be worthwhile considering putting fly-screens on the bathroom windows as I found myself wanting to let air into the room for ventilation but not let a whole load of mosquitos/other bugs into the room at the same time. I found this is less of an issue in the morning but as the late afternoon and evening rolled on the mosquito population picked up massively.

Incredible location, staff, facilities, and restaurant. The staff was so kind and warm. The sauna facilities were magnificent and private access to the lake was worth the entire trip! They even gave us a gift of salt when we checked out.
