the spa was incredible and lovely indoor pool and outdoor sunlounge area. reception staff were very friendly
special diet request made in advance was not attended to/staff were friendly but no staff at breakfast or dinner to let me know how to access special diet, pre-requested food. breakfast was very crowded and loud

Good location and free parking. Very clean room.
The room featured small windows positioned high, blocking any view outside and creating a dim, confined atmosphere. It faced a busy road where traffic noise was constant. Because the walls were very thin, sounds from adjacent spaces carried clearly—in our case, a baby crying throughout the night. The breakfast was mediocre.
