Super nice park. Excellent location inside the old French concession. Room was big with a lot of amenities.

The location is very close, close to the French Concession, which is one of the most charming areas of Shanghai. The fact that the hotel is inside a garden makes it particularly charming. Rooms are very spacious and the bed is very confortable. The views are nice.
The room is equipped for old people, there are railings around all the bathroom sink, bathtub, etc, which gives it a bit of a retirement home vibe. The decor is a bit old-school and it could be a lot more fancy for where it is.

Nice location and comfortable rooms. Very nice bedding. There was a lot cigarette smoke in the room but i complained and got an upgrade to a nice suite also got an air purifier so it was fine afterwards. The breakfast is terrible. So dirty and messy, not friendly stuff. I felt i was at a school canteen rather than a five star hotel. So disappointing. Also the breakfast is supposed to ne till 10 30 on weekends but by 9 50 lots of missing items. The worst it is just so dirty that I didnt even want to eat certain things as the serving forks were so dirty and sometimes missing or laying inside the food platters . I think the breakfast is extremely poorly managed. Sad.

Excellent breakfast! Very nice hotel with great welcome: violins playing in the lobby when you arrive. The swimming pool provided an excellent experience while the bath was an absolute pleasure.
The wifi network was difficult to find.
