Прекрасный отель, в котором продумано абсолютно всё. Каждый уголок невероятно красивый — архитектура, интерьеры, детали, атмосфера. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал: очень внимательный, профессиональный и доброжелательный, все прекрасно говорят на английском. Сервис действительно на высшем уровне. Завтраки великолепные.Нам было очень комфортно, и всё пребывание оставило исключительно приятные впечатления.

We stayed at this hotel for just one night, mostly for the experience, as we spent most of our Shanghai trip in other hotels. It is a very beautiful place and definitely worth trying.
The villas are very cozy, quiet, and aesthetically pleasing. We had a wonderful sleep and a very restful stay. Breakfast is à la carte, and the choice is not very large, but overall we enjoyed our stay.
For us, the main highlight was the villa itself. One day was enough to immerse ourselves in the atmosphere and enjoy the experience.

Es un sitio muy especial, muy diferente a cualquier hotel. Las habitaciones tienen acceso directo desde la calle y varios pisos, con una cantidad increíble de espacio. El gimnasio, spa…genial. Aunque todo esto es de diez, sin duda lo mejor el trato. Súper amables, nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos, siempre muy eficientes y ágiles. La zona (zona antigua colonia francesa) tiene un encanto especial, restaurantes alucinantes escondidos y tiendas que parecen casas…
Nada… todo fue perfecto.

Luxury barely within reason. Lovely bath bomb. Great food and drinks.
The cafe was a bit smelly at times, close to a public bathroom. Some of the activities were not available despite being advertised as being available, and there were no attempts to make up for the lack of activities, like the perfume sachets or the newsletters.
