Great staff. Could not have been nicer. Clean hotel with modern bathrooms in an excellent location for exploring. Ample parking
It needs an update . The furniture , beds, sofa beds, tables etc are all beyond their shelf life. At the very least new mattresses.

Thought I wanted to stay in Stow but this location was better. So close but felt out of all the crowds. Rooms were great. Beds were comfy. Nice lounge area inside and patio outside. Bar tender on duty so could grab a drink at anytime. Included very yummy full English breakfast with a few other options as well.

great location for the wedding venue down the road -(walkable) . Lovely staff, especially the Scottish lady at breakfast.

Three of us in the room - towels, mugs, glasses only supplied for 2 people. Not enough bottled water for 3 people. very thin cover on sofa bed - my daughter was cold. Very noisy - doors banging late into the night/ early morning and right next to busy road, traffic noise not blocked out by velux windows . I have stayed in other hotels of this brand in Bath and in York - which were far more quirky and with more of a boutique feel. this one seemed to have a puzzle you could do in the bar - thats all . very expensive for what it was. guess thats the price you pay for location.
