Location, friendly helpful staff, cleanliness. Happy to have got a special deal for 3 nights.
The bed mattress had no give, was way to firm and hard. That is the only negative to this lovely little hotel.

Good availability booking last week on summer weekend, friendly receptionist, not far from the beach.
Not friendly and not welcoming staff at breakfast. Bad experience. Some food looked not fresh or overcooked. No still water station. Tourist tax only in cash. Family room very narrow. TV was not working.
