Breakfast - could be better, not very tasty.

Good pool area, generous breakfast, a lot of facilities available and good location
We had some spa procedures booked with a consultant for our friends as a gift and agreement was that the reception will inform them about it, and we will be billed for the treatment. but not only they did not inform, when we have informed our friends about it and went to check the timing, then spa reception started question how did we book such treatments as they are not allowed and instead of helping to clarify sent our friends on their way to “figure out” if they will be allowed to get the treatment. I’d say overall experience with spa procedures was unpleasant and not smooth purely from the way reception(both spa and hotel) acted. And they then they tried billing our friends for the procedure regardless of our agreement. I know it’s not a standard setup, but it’s not too complicated either to cater to.

Location, parking, very spacious rooms. Aquapark is also great for families with kids. Hotel is a bit outdated, but still quite clean and is renewing as I write.
Food options were very limited. I would not recommend having lunch or dinner at the main restaurant, as the menu is almost the same as the basic breakfast selection.

Good location. Spa zone was amazing!
Breakfast place was overcrowded,
Dishes were not cleared from tables. Should be more staff.
The hotel needs renovation.
