Nice room, good food good location.
Noise. Old building. No sound proofing. Rough. Not just loud walking and slamming doors, I could hear conversations. And the town needs to develop a noise bylaw. Silence by 11pm in city limits. Musical festivals should be far away from residential/hotel zones.

Cleanliness is superb, food is tasty with proper amount of options and dinner menu is amazing! Staff is friendly, the feel is very cosy and the location in superb just at the shore of Nemunas. Also Hotel spa area is cozy and nice + you can go to Draugystė SPA and it is included in the price.
TV device could be renewed because it is quite old with not a lot of channels. Maybe it was only in my room. Of course usually visitors come here not for television but some renewals might be beneficial.

The room was large, very comfortable, overlooking the Neman river, excellent breakfast and a very exclusive restaurant, especially delicious porcini mushroom soup.

Good location, friendly stuff. Suit was spacious, clean and with a balcony for coisy summer nights :)
Three water pools, one of which is an open sky pool at your choice.
Something wrong with cold water supply. Hot water on both taps. Takes time to run water on cold tap before it really gets cold. Water loo is full of hot water. First time in my life i experienced smth like this. Stuff is aware of the problem and was apologetical about the issue. Well, not a big problem. I believe they will fix that some time soon.
Also room might want to be refreshed at some point.
