The meals, evening and breakfast, were very good. As were the staff, all of whom were very good and very helpful.

Fantastic value.
Our room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean, bath towels were large, the water was hot, and the bed comfy.
What more could you ask for.
Breakfast was wonderful. There were lots of choices, and it was very tasty.
Brilliant location for shows at The Sands Centre, and also not too far from town.
We have already booked our next stay!

Staff were great. Accommodating and helpful
Tv didn’t work.. shower took ages to warm up. No curtains on bathroom window. Cold and no where to turn heating up. Remote control and tv not working.
£5 for a soda and lime is a but much.
