The property is very well located 2 mins from the City Centre. Next to a busy main road the room was unbelievably peaceful. The guest house is tastefully furnished with a comfy bed, and a good breakfast was provided. I liked the little touches, such as Earl Grey and Green Tea with Jasmine teabags in the tea/coffee room selection when invariably one is offered no choice other than 'breakfast tea' . The host was very pleasant and was able to provide inhouse bicycle storage.

I could have used a bit of instruction on the use of a modern shower faucet.
I'm 80 and a handrail on the last two steps to the second floor would have been helpful and safer.

Perfect location. Everywhere in the city is walkable from here. Room was excellent. All up to date with a fantastic en suite shower room.
Very welcoming hosts. Will definitely stay here again when in this fine city.
