Overall facilities were good and as expected. Restaurant Meal was good value along with service provided
Bar prices were expensive.

The room was nice and the bed was comfy
Staff were very polite
It was clean
We weren’t told until after we booked the pool wasn’t available.
There were kids screaming up and down the hallway from St Kent’s until after 9pm at night
The buffet was very minimal

Even a light breakfast of tea/coffee and toast would be acceptable

Great peaceful location.
Bathrooms are from the 1960s. Water everywhere when showering. The bench tops and cabinets in the bathroom swollen and glued together.
Reception staff just look at you blankly until you feel bad about yourself for asking a simple question. They are not there to help solve your issue.
Laundry charges....
Television issues....
But Tuaranga is beautiful.
